How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes:
• Germany: 10 business days
• Worldwide: 10–15 business days (depending on customs)

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We mostly offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. The costs for returns would be taken care by the buyer.

How can I track my order?

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
